First, a few facts :
1) You are eligible to vote from any place where you have been
residing for the last 6 months.
So college students can vote from the campus and working professionals don't need to run to their home towns to vote.
2) You
don't need a voter ID to vote. Driving licence, passport, student ID, ration cards are good enough.
What is essential for voting however is that your name should be mentioned in the latest voters list of your constituency.

1) Visit http://www.ceodelhi.nic.in/
2) Fill up the online
Form 6.
3) Wait for someone to come and verify the facts. Keep an ID, Residence proof handy.
So you are all set. Make sure you get your name in the electoral rolls before April 3 to vote for upcoming elections.
